Jim Fowler, CEO and Co-founder

As Chief Executive Officer, Jim Fowler provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of goals and objectives at Jigsaw. A veteran sales executive, Jim has more than 12 years selling software for marketing and collaboration applications. Before starting Jigsaw, Jim served as VP of Sales at Digital Impact (DIGI), Paramark and TightLink. In these roles, he built sales departments from the ground up focusing on sales strategies and processes. He was able to leverage his experience as an outstanding sales manager at Personify and NetGravity. Prior to his career in software sales, Jim owned and operated Lookout Pass, a ski resort in Idaho. Kevin Akeroyd, Chief Operating Officer

Kevin Akeroyd is responsible for Operations, Revenue, Marketing, Alliances, and all Client and Community facing Services for Jigsaw. Before Jigsaw, Kevin held General Management positions at large public companies such as Acxiom Digital (previously Digital Impact) and RR Donnelley & Sons Company. He also held President and CEO positions at several start-ups, including Gallery Player, Inc. and The Loan Page, Inc. Kevin is an alumni of the EPSO program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Steven Klei, Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Steve is responsible for all finance, legal, HR and administrative functions. Before joining Jigsaw, Steven was interim CFO at Xactly Corporation where he focused on building and establishing the systems, processes and the financial infrastructure at the SaaS provider of sales performance management software. He also completed the acquisition of the chief SaaS competitor and secured $40 million in capital in one of the largest ever rounds of SaaS-related venture capital. Prior to Xactly, Steven was CFO at ZANTAZ, a SaaS provider of email and E-Discovery solutions for enterprise class companies. During his tenure, the company grew from $30 million to $125 million. He led the sale of the Company to Autonomy Corp Plc for over $400 million. Prior to ZANTAZ, he was CFO for ProBusiness Services, a SaaS provider of payroll services, which grew from $7 million to $175 million. He led the IPO and the ultimate sale to ADP for over $500 million. Steven began his career at Ernst & Young, is a CPA, and has a degree in accounting from Central Michigan University.

Virendra Vase, VP of Engineering

Virendra is responsible for all engineering and network operations for Jigsaw. Virendra joined Jigsaw from Yahoo where he was Vice President of Engineering in the Search & Advertising Technology group responsible for Small Medium Business, CRM, APT adoption, Business Intelligence Platform for the Performance Advertising Network, among other initiatives. Prior to that, Virendra was COO at MetaReward/Experian, a performance based Ad Network, which grew from 10M to 80M annually during his tenure there. Virendra was responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations (Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Web Development, Finance & HR). Virendra has held executive positions at Responsys and at AdKnowledge (an Engage Company). Virendra received his MS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and BS in Electrical Engineering from Pune University, India.

Jim Ambach, VP of Products

As VP of Products, Jim Ambach oversees new project strategy, ongoing product management, and data policy. Before joining Jigsaw, Ambach served as vice president of seller experience at eBay, where he helped grow the U.S. seller base to millions of sellers generating more than $25 billion in annual sales. Prior to eBay, Ambach served as group manager and director of commerce product management at AOL, and earlier in his career served as technical assistant to Marc Andreessen at Netscape. Ambach has a degree in computer science from Brown University, and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado.

Garth Moulton, VP of Community and Co-founder

Garth Moulton is the Jigsaw ambassador to the community and previously led the business development function. Before he founded Jigsaw, Garth was a successful sales executive at several technology firms. These included Digital Impact (DIGI), Sawyer Media, Personify, Open Environment Corporation and Cambridge Information Network (CIN). In this time, Garth developed and managed accounts ranging from high profile Fortune 500 enterprises to numerous mid-sized businesses and covered a wide swath of industries. Raymond Lim, VP of Finance

Raymond Lim oversees the company's Finance, Accounting, and HR functions. Before Jigsaw, Raymond led the Finance, HR, IT and Hosted Services functions at ECbridges. The privately held software company specializes in e-commerce systems and caters to enterprise clients. Previously, Raymond held management positions at Compuware where he ran several teams. Raymond earned his MBA in General Management from Kansas State University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Deepa Krishnan, Corporate Counsel and Director of Privacy

Deepa Krishnan is responsible for the Jigsaw legal function. Before joining Jigsaw, Deepa served as an internet law counselor and business litigator for boutique and international law firms. Deepa graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the Woodrow Wilson School of Princeton University, and then attended UCLA School of Law on a full-tuition merit scholarship, where she received a certificate in business law.

Bob Memmer, VP of Inside Sales and Sales Operations

As VP of Inside Sales and Sales Operations, Bob Memmer drives all inside sales and sales operations goals and strategy. Prior to joining Jigsaw, Bob built a career in information technology sales and has held sales management positions at several technology companies including Cabletron Systems, SJI Productive Networks and NEC Unified Solutions (NECUS). In his previous management roles, Bob was responsible for developing and managing sales and engineering teams that supported a mixture of small, medium and enterprise level accounts across a variety of industries. Bob has a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University.
